In-Person Tours
There’s no substitute for the real thing! We are excited to welcome prospective undergraduate students on campus once again, with a modified route and safety precautions to safeguard the health of our guests, tour staff, and the university community. Join a Student Ambassador on a leisurely walking tour of our campus – you may even spot our resident deer!

Guided Virtual Tour
Immerse yourself in a 360-degree, guided virtual tour of our campus. Go into our classrooms, labs, atriums, study spaces, residences, and more – wherever you are! We are also proud to be able to offer this unique experience in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic.

Group Tours
Currently suspended
Are you a guidance counsellor, teacher, or community member interested in bringing a group to campus? If you are bringing a group of 10 or more people, our team is happy to facilitate a group tour or create a program to meet your needs. We also have extensive experience working with Specialist High Skills Majors, grade 10 career classes, and more!
Sheridan College Tours
Currently suspended
If you are interested in one of our joint degree and diploma programs with Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, you are invited to visit Sheridan’s Trafalgar Campus, only about a 15-minute drive from the UTM!

St. George (Downtown) Campus

In-Person Campus Tour
In-person campus tours are back! We are excited to welcome prospective undergraduate students on campus once again, with a modified route and safety precautions to safeguard the health of our guests, tour staff, and the university community.
Campus walking tours focus on undergraduate opportunities and experiences and are perfect for prospective undergraduate students, University of Toronto applicants or students newly admitted to the U of T community. You’ll explore campus with a current student Tour Guide, seeing academic buildings, colleges and athletic facilities.
- Starting Location: Nona Macdonald Visitors Centre, 25 King’s College Circle, Toronto
- Tour Length: 1.75 hours
- Schedule: Monday through Friday at 11:00am and 2:00pm, Saturdays between 10:30am and 1:00pm

Student-Guided Virtual Tour
Join our student tour guides as they (virtually) take you around the St. George campus, highlighting key facilities and buildings. They will give you insight on what it’s like to be a U of T student and answer any of your questions about campus life.
Self-Guided Campus Tour
Take a self-guided virtual tour of some of the most important facilities and buildings on the St. George Campus. Tour the campus at your own pace, focusing on the points most important to you.
VR Tour
We have two virtual reality experiences that you can view. Use a VR headset, mobile device, or a web browser to see our campuses in action through our virtual reality tours.
Tour of the Arts & Science Colleges
Enjoy a self-guided virtual tour of our Faculty of Arts & Science’s seven college communities — and learn all about each college’s distinct traditions, teams, history, and residence options. Which one is right for you? Let’s find out.
Engineering Virtual Tour
Virtual tours are offered four times a week and consist of a 45-minute virtual tour presentation led by a current undergraduate engineering student.
Engineering In-Person Tours
Engineering In-Person Tours are perfect prospective Engineering undergraduate students, Engineering applicants or students newly admitted to the U of t Engineering community. You’ll be led by a current undergraduate engineering student, seeing academic buildings and learning about the engineering community.
- Starting Location: Engineering Welcome Centre, 35 St. George Street, Toronto
- Tour Length: 30 minutes
- Schedule: Wednesday through Friday at 1:00pm
